By His Stripes We Are Healed!

The Bible in the book of 2Timothy strongly reminds us of studying the word of God, so that we don't get ashamed in life, instead rightly dividing the word of truth with accurate inspired understanding (See 2Timothy 2:15). The RISE & WALK FAITH Bible Study Program is designed to help you learn HOW to apply the concepts of God's word by the help of the Holy Spirit to areas in your life that need spiritual attention.

The Bible in 1Corinthians 2: 10-11 says, "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God .Even so the things of God knoweth no man but the Spirit of God" So, it is the Holy Spirit who reveals to us the deep revelations of God for our healing. Hence, we believe that studying God's word by the Holy Spirit presence is what produces understanding, and understanding produces wonder working faith in our lives. And you already know that it takes faith to please and move God, and takes faith to stop the devil in your life. This month's RISE & WALK FAITH BIBLE STUDY is about "DIVINE HEALING"

(1) Healing is Your Covenant Right

I believe the first thing you will ever do you when you discover your rights in life is to claim them. True or/false? True! So, when you discover that HEALING is your right what will you do? Claim it by standing on the word of God! You see, once you are born in the family of God; by accepting Jesus Christ as your person LORD and Saviour you automatically get entitled to DIVINE HEALING in Christ Jesus.

Friends, did you know that the perfect will of God is to see that you live in perfect health everyday? Yes! That's why the Bible records in 1John 3:8b " for this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil". Please, never doubt your healing in spite of how critical your sickness is, and how long incurable diseases have inflicted you. God is big enough to heal you! Remember Jesus was manifested to destroy the works of the devil (See 1John 3:8b). Sickness is the very works of the devil, while HEALING the very works of God!

(2) Unforgiveness Is The Major Blocker Of Healing!

Did you ever know that unforgiven is one of the major blockers of your healing? That is why walking in forgiveness speeds up your healing! Walking in forgiveness is your covenant security to living a healthy life. The spirit of unforgiveness looks innocent, but is one of the weapons the devil is using to stop the healing anointing to get into lives of people. Unforgiveness, does not just delay or deter your healing, but your blessings too! Once you are walking in unforgiveness the healing presence of God withdraws from you until you forgive people that you have grudges towards.

"But, Pastor George, they did me much harm! Forgiveness is not free it will cost you something. Did you know that It will cost you pain of soul to forgive a murderer? But, eventually you will be clothed with healing by God. The reason why we have to forgive is because it is a command and not a choice. Also that God may in return forgive and bless us. The Bible in Mark 11: 25 says, "And when ye stand praying forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses"

(3) Refuse to Be Sick In Your Life

Listern, if you know that HEALING is your COVENANT RIGHT, and you also know that you are living in total obedience to God, then you have the COVENANT right to refuse to be sick. To refuse to be sick involves FAITH! It is not a physical or verbal refusal. It is refusing sickness by releasing the word of God out of your spirit through your mouth. It is refusing to be sick by taking charge in the spirit world. It is refusing to be sick by looking to Jehovah "Rapha"-The Hebrew name of God for "Jehovah our Healer". He is the only healer of diseases (see Exodus 15:23).

You see, when you allow the dictations of sickness in your body, then you are opening your life to being vulnerable in your faith. When you feel symptoms of sickness of any disease in your body; or when the medical doctor tells you that you are diagnosed with an incurable disease, just refuse to be sick in the name of Jesus. Don't allow any negative medical verdict rule over your life and destiny. Remember, HEALING is your COVENANT RIGHT bought by the blood of Jesus.

Never accept sickness at any point in your life that weakens your faith to stay a healthy life. Your body is the very temple of the Holy Spirit, so sickness has got no legal right to live in the same house with the blessed Holy Spirit. Don't you ever watch the devil take presidency over your life by casting sickness in your body? Instead you have to take charge by cursing him in Jesus name! Did you know that the devil and sickness are due for a curse in your life!
