The ministry was founded on a divine mandate to liberate people from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching and teaching of the Word of Faith. The commission has a global mandate to reach nations with the healing and prophetic Word of Faith via (Miracle Crusades, Conferences, Faith teachings and Seminars). It is designed by God to affect this generation with the glory of God in every aspect of living according to (Haggai 2:9). The word of God is prophetically taught with simplicity and understanding in order to help people understand how to access their God ordained rights to walking in supernatural dominion in Christ Jesus. Then, in 2002, God revealed to Pastor George Mfula two covenant and prophetic scriptures to confirm the global assignment on this ministry. The first scripture (Genesis 28:15) quotes
"And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places wither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of" Then, the second one says, "Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people. Behold, thou shalt call a nation that thou knowest not, and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the LORD thy God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he hath glorified thee".
